Acceptance of terms

By browsing, placing an order, or submitting a custom embroidery request on this site, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

What we sell

Twillsy sells ready-made embroidered apparel and home textiles, plus custom-embroidered goods produced to your specifications. We also host group stores for teams, schools, organizations, and businesses so their members can order individually from a shared collection.

How custom embroidery requests work

Custom embroidery requests are submitted through the custom request form. Submitting a request does not create a charge or obligation to purchase. We review each request and reply with a price quote and any questions about the design. You are not charged until you approve the quote and complete payment through Stripe.

We may decline a request if we cannot produce it to our quality standards, or if the design raises copyright, trademark, or content concerns.

Pricing and payment

All prices are shown in U.S. dollars (USD). Applicable sales tax, shipping costs, and any bulk or promo discounts are calculated at checkout and shown before you pay. Payment is processed through Stripe. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Cash App Pay where available.

Designs and intellectual property

By uploading a design, logo, or artwork, you confirm that you own the rights to it or have permission to use it, and that it does not infringe on anyone else's intellectual property. You grant Twillsy a limited license to reproduce the design solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order. We may refuse to embroider designs that appear to infringe third-party rights or contain offensive content.

Order acceptance and cancellation

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including product availability, errors in pricing or product information, or concerns about submitted designs. If we cancel an order after payment, we will issue a full refund to the original payment method.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Twillsy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or purchase of products. Our total liability for any claim related to a product or order will not exceed the amount you paid for that order.

Governing law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Any dispute arising from these terms or your use of the site will be resolved in the courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida.
