Shipping Policy

Processing time

Every order is made or prepared to order in small batches. Production typically takes 3–7 business days after payment is confirmed. Custom embroidery requests may require additional time for quote approval before production begins.

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding major U.S. holidays. During peak seasons, production may take slightly longer. We will notify you by email if your order is expected to take longer than the standard range.

Shipping methods and rates

We offer standard flat-rate shipping within the United States. Orders over the free shipping threshold shown at checkout qualify for free standard shipping. Current rates are displayed on the cart and checkout pages before you confirm payment.

Delivery estimates shown at checkout are approximate and begin once your order has been produced and handed to the carrier. Actual delivery time depends on the carrier and your location. We are not responsible for carrier delays once the package is in transit.

Local pickup

Local pickup is available at our Miami studio. If you select pickup at checkout, we will notify you by email or phone when your order is ready for collection.

Please wait for the ready-for-pickup notification before visiting. We will hold paid pickup orders for up to 30 days.

Order tracking

Once your order ships, we will send a tracking number to the email address you provided at checkout. You can also view tracking details on your order page if you created an account.

Lost or damaged packages

If your package arrives damaged or does not arrive within a reasonable time after the carrier's estimated delivery window, please contact us through the Contact page or email info@twillsy.com. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and replace or refund the order when appropriate.
