What we collect

We collect only the information we need to fulfill your order or respond to your request. Depending on how you use the site, this may include:

• Shipping and billing addresses
• Uploaded design files, logos, or artwork for custom embroidery
• Account credentials if you choose to create an account
• Order details, sizes, and customization preferences

How we use your data

We use this information to produce, fulfill, and ship your order, communicate with you about your order, and manage your custom embroidery request. We may also use it to send you transactional emails such as order confirmations, shipping updates, and quote responses.

Payment information

Payment card details are processed entirely by Stripe. Your full card number never touches our servers. We only receive confirmation from Stripe that a payment has been approved or declined.

Third-party services

We use a small number of trusted providers to run the site and deliver your order:

• Stripe: payment processing
• Resend: transactional email delivery
• Supabase: hosting, database, authentication, and storage of product and order data

Each of these providers is contractually bound to handle your data only as needed to provide their service.

Cookies and local storage

We use browser local storage to keep your shopping cart available while you browse and across short visits. We do not use tracking cookies or advertising pixels. Your authentication session is stored if you create an account.

Data retention

Order and account data are kept for as long as necessary to fulfill orders, handle support requests, and comply with tax and accounting requirements. Uploaded design files for custom embroidery are kept with the order record so we can reprint or restitch if needed. If you would like us to delete your design files after fulfillment, please contact us.

We do not sell your data

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We do not share your information with third parties for marketing purposes.

Your rights
